PT Mandiri Herindo Adiperkasa Tbk (MAHA) as a Public Company is committed to implementing Good Corporate Governance based on the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness, and equality. One method of implementing Corporate Governance is by having a Whistleblowing System (WBS) policy, which serves as a reporting mechanism for all stakeholders of the Company to report indications of violations occurring within the Company's environment and to assist in internal control processes, especially to reduce the risks of fraud and non-compliance with laws and regulations. The whistleblowing system is also a recommendation of the Issuer Governance issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) through attachment-seojk-number-32-seojk-04-2015 No. 7.5 and complies with regulation SEOJK-16-2021.
The Company has formulated a Whistleblowing system policy that includes types of violations that can be reported, complaint mechanisms, as well as protection and confidentiality assurances for whistleblowers reporting indications of violations committed by employees or management of the Public Company. Every report received will be processed in accordance with the Company's WBS guidelines.
